The salesman ( Jorge) is really nice and friendly person for him 5* , About service staff nothing , they don’t know how to deal with Client , and they take too longer time for any kind of repair, I bought new vw golf car, and in a week the car interior spotting handles was broke ( two ) , and after that I went there , they took 7 hours to be verify that , and then they said we’ll order for this then call you to fix this when it come , and then they took 3 week for that , and when i was there to fix that after 3 weeks , they did only one , then they said take another appointment to be fix second one Thats a big disappointment

Had to wait a month for a simple 5k maintenance. When you arrive to do it, they book 4 cars an hour for maintenance but take 45 minutes to do paperwork for a simple oil change. 3 hours later you go back and they are all at lunch for over another hour and no one knows what is going on so you have to wait. They say it’s ready for 5:30 and they close at 6. 8 hours for an oil and filter change. Inefficient and not worth the time. Will just get maintenance at another company in the future and never buy VW or Audi again.
I brought my VW Golf from Switzerland and the car displayed a problem with the gear after we arrived in Portugal. I took the car to Caetano Drive and was happily surprised with the support they provided me. Very honest and attentive. Luis, our consultant, did a great job: kept me informed all the time and interceded with VW to make sure I got a fair deal for the required service. Highly recommended.
Completely appalling service. I needed to swap the rear reversing light and fog light over and alter the adjustment on my dipped headlights in order to legalise my UK car in Portugal. The VW service manager told me that this would be extemely difficult if not impossible. They would need to completely rewire the car and put in completely new lights all round the car. He said that the total cost would be FOUR to FIVE THOUSAND euros!!!! Guess what, my local garage has just done all the work using genuine VW parts for 188 euros!!!! The headlights didn't even need changing there is just a switch inside to alter them! Can't believe what a con this place is. I will never use them again and will tell everyone I know about their attempt to con me.
A evitar a oficina. Serviço lamentável. Marcação para um dia e só pegam no dia a seguir, cobram 1 hora de mão de obra para diagnóstico em que foram incapazes de detectar uma lâmpada fundida que causava um erro para o qual avisei. Quando notificados que o erro persistia (antes de eu perceber que era uma lâmpada), dão marcação para ir lá mais de uma semana depois sendo incapazes de se retratar e arranjar espaço para ir o antes possível. Reclamação enviada por e-mail antes de aqui e nem sequer se dignaram a responder nem que fosse para pedir desculpa. Isto já a antecipar a resposta típica para enviar e-mail.

Se o vosso serviço de mecanica for tao bom como o de atendimento ao cliente nao recomendo a ninguem....Apos visitar o vosso website para efectuar uma marcacao enviei varios emails ao qual nem resposta deram
